Awarded on the 10th Januaru 1963. He was born in 1890 in Oaza Nishi Amagawa, the first honorary Mayor of Takatsuki City. As Mayor, he showed great administration skill in developing a strong foundation in the city progress and public walfare, leaving behind notable achievements. Passed away 9th April 1966.

Awarded on the 10th January 1963. He was born in 1890 in Oaza Kosobe, the honorary Deputy Mayor of Takatsuki City. After assuming office as the second Mayor, he focused on issues such as citizens' welfare and development of the city structure linking to the region's progress. Passed away 29th December 1966.

Tatsunosuke
Awarded on the 23th February 1964. He was born in 1885 in Oaza Hashiramoto, a member of the House of Representatives, held a number of cabinet posts, including Minister of International Trade and Industry and Secretary of Science and Technology Agency. He also helped to achieve the normalization of Japan-China relationship and succeeded in signing the LT Trade Agreement. He was a man of great achievements. Pressed away 24th February 1964.

Awarded on the 15th June 1995. She was born in 1905 in Osaka City, now living in Miyata‐cho 1‐chome. As a Chikuzen Biwa performer, she devotes herself in making the musical instrument art more widespread. Her contribution to this cultural art is commendable. In 1995, she was the first Chikuzen Biwa performer to be named the national important Intangible Cultural Assets. (Living National Treasure).

Awarded on the 17th December 1998. He was born in 1912 in Ehime Prefecture, now living in Kami‐hamuro 2‐chome. A Calligrapher. His original style of penmanship has added outstanding contribution to the calligraphy, circles. As a Japanese Calligrapher , he received the Cultural Commendations for Contributions in 1993 and in 1998 he was awarded the Order of Culture.
